Xavier smiled warmly. "Oh, no, no. Just wasted to say hello. I'm fine, thank you. How are you?" He said sitting down beside her. His tails wrapped around him gingerly.

Candy Hearts

She wasn't about to get beaten in a race when she was able to outrun some deer! Ok they were slow elderly deer but she had outrun them. She breathed in letting her legs carry her further ahead. Her head was at Daze's hip by now and she wanted to at least get up to his shoulder. She forced herself not to breathe hard she took long breaths trying to get ahead of Daze.

White Flame dragged the last deer into the pile. He sighed glancing over at Star, waiting to call to the rest of the pack to help with all the prey. (WB)

Daze smirked over at Candy. His powerful hind legs launched him over a big, fallen tree with ease. He landed softly galloping the last stretch before he reached camp. Daze's shoulders rippled as he skidded to a stop at the entrance of camp, allowing Candy to past him as he strode into camp. "Ladies first!" He joked with a playful wink.

She smiles as she passed him. "I thought I could outrun you but I guess you can run!" She barks. (WB)

Ruby

She closed her eyes and pricked her ears, she could feel the life of the forest. The sun danced through the canopy and on to the forest floor, and on her ginger fur. The breeze blew and carried a cocktail of scents, she drank in each scent, before slowly exhaling.

Daze laughed, "I guess I have more to me than what appears on the outside," he joked, a smirk spreading across his face. He flicked his tail as he pick out some prey from the fresh kill. "Here," Daze barked as he tossed Candy and small piece of prey before he settled down with his own food.

She crouched down and ripped off a piece of the meat. "So what is your favorite thing about hunting?" She asks raising one furry eyebrow. "I like chasing the prey just feeling the wind through your fur it's fun for me."

"Ah, yes." Xavier said with a deep hearty laugh. He smiled at her warmly, in the way he smiled at all his pack members. (Wb)

Star smiled at White Flame and let out a loud, proud howl, calling to the pack for help.

White Flame joined Stars call. He glanced into the woods awaiting someone to call help them with the prey. (WB)

Daze opened his mouth to reply, but he was interrupted by Star's and White Flame's howl. He sighed at rolled his eyes at Candy, "I guess we have to go help them." He barked, standing up and putting his prey back in the kill pile, "You don't want to make a bad first impression on the wolves who will be deciding your rank," Daze smirked, flicking his tail as he glanced over at Xavier and Ruby to see if they were going to come help as well.

"Well ok!" She barks and dashes out of the camp entrance. She closed her eyes for a moment so she could hear the howl more clearly. That was how things worked for her. If she blocked out some senses others worked better. She opened her eyes and continued running. Her paws kicked up grass and soil behind her. It was sometimes hard for her to get a good grip on the ground if she didn't use her claws. And there was no way she was going to slip and fall in front of Daze!
