Redpaw sat down next to him in the clearing and listened to the instructions, then he jumped on top of his mentor and gripped his shoulders with his claws unsheated, just like he was instructed. He then wasn't sure of what to do. What were some of his open extremities? Maybe his ears? He pretended to claw at the tip of his ears.

Blizzardfrost looked up. She couldn't see the cat since she was blind, but she could recongize their voice. "Oh, hey Thistlepaw. I'm good." she lied. If anything she was depressed. She hated being an elder. Why did she have to be blind? She felt useless to the Clan.

Acornclaw felt the claws of his apprentice, but had instructed him to unsheath them for a reason. If the apprentice didn't learn how to use his claws, he wouldn't be too graceful with them in battle. He could handle a few scratches anyway; he had a thick pelt. He felt Redpaw trying to get his ears. "Ears won't do much to hurt a cat," he instructed while jerking slightly to help demonstrate. "Use your back paws to get my sides. Just keep those ones sheathed," he chuckled warmly.

Venus nodded, beginning to pad after him. She didn't know which direction they were going in, but she trusted him. It was a terrible flaw of hers. She trusted others too quickly. There was nothing she could really do about it, though. She hated it, but most of the time she didn't even notice she was doing it. "That makes sense. I can't exactly fight very well. Where are we heading now?" she inquired, her curiosity getting the best of her.

snowstorm-river-no longer crushing

snowstorm starts racing towards the river to get away from camp a while, she stops and lands with a thud right on her face. As she shakes it off and moves along she gets accidentally close to the waterfall and almost falls into the river. Saying aloud UGH, with me acting like this and being so careless ill never ever achieve being deputy.. she swayed her paws in the river thinking of the chances of possibly being deputy.. ever. As she removes her paws from the river she gets the idea to hunt some fresh-kill for the clan, She forgets her hopes as she approches a mouse, slowly she mumurs to herself and snap the mouse helpless between her jaws, She then drops the mouse seeing another cat in the distance.. but who?

She yowls and starts running faster and faster until she is far away from the camp and those rouges. She stops weak and scared. She lays down and stares at her painful wounds and stays there.

Stone
He chuckles "heh heh that weak cat!" He then stares at the other cat "nice job on finishing her!" He meowed not seeing that Ashpaw ran away due to his scar in the eye.

"Well, we are heading to the Thunderpath, or road if you still call it that," he explained. "As I said before, past that is a meadow with juicy rabbits," he mrowed. After a long time of walking, they ended up at the long, endless seeming Thunderpath. "Be careful, the monsters like to roam on the Thunderpath," he meowed as he checked both ways before he crossed.

Redpaw nodded. "But couldn't I also claw out my enemy's eyes? I bet that would hurt worse than the sides.." he didn't want to prove his mentor wrong, he just wanted to impress him.

Skyla froze and looked around her at all the Clan cats. There was no way she could win against them, even with Stone's help. "We should get out of here..." she pointed out to him.

He decided to quit hunting and go join Monkey in the tree. (lol) He wondered what he was up to. Scotch climbed up the tree with his claws unsheated and soon reached the top. "Hello, what are you up to?" he asked curiously.

Acornclaw paused, slowing down his jerking to consider this. "You could if you had a firm grip on your enemy. You want to try to keep your forepaws hooked onto your enemy's shoulders, though if you have a good grip, you can dig your back paws in and use one of your forepaws. That's an impressive idea. The advantage with the sides, though, is you can use your powerful back legs. If you perfect the swiftness of switching to your forepaw, though, then that could definitely disorient your opponent. Good job," he purred.

Venus stayed on the other side of the Thunderpath, her eyes wide. A monster roared past right after he reached the other side. She backed up slightly. "I-I don't know..." she muttered. Suddenly she heard a very familiar, unintelligible voice. Her twoleg had emerged from the trees behind her, and was shouting at her. He had a bottle in his hand. He raised his arm to throw it, and she screeched in fear. She nearly flew over the Thunderpath to the other side. "C-come on!" she stuttered, not even stopping before she ran off in a random direction.
