Sapphire was mostly calm now, and heard Della wonder about where the others are. Sapphire then saw a shimmering ball of purple light whisk over to their location. Sapphire felt an odd feeling, and noticed that the invisibility spell wearing off. The light seemed contented at getting her attention, and started away, pausing to make sure they followed. I guess magic came in handy in a situation like this... "We should follow it, Della." Sapphire was doing her best to not notice the hoards of people bustling around.

Being more skeptical of magic ever since Zeph zapped her, Della scoffed. "Yes, because a blue ball of shimmering light is obviously the best thing to follow." She huffed, then noticed the spell was wearing off. She bit her lip, wondering if perhaps it was actually a good idea to follow it. There were two magic users in her group... She shook her head. "I don't trust it."

He couldn't see Shia, but her voice was there. She must be under a cloak or something. "I was, um..." he hesitated. "I was in the forest, freaking out. Sorry about that. As soon as you guys attacked that guard, I kinda pan-" An orb of light bounced off his head. "What?" Oh, that was a guiding lantern, one of the spells Ferondir and Zeph had learned together. One floated to where Shia's voice had originated. "More on that later. Let's see where these take us."
It was possible that it was a trap, but the king's men weren't known for their magical ability. He stood up. "If that's an invisibility spell, take my hand, I'll be able to see you then."

Shia hesitated before taking his hand. She was glad that he couldn't see how embarrassed she was.

She shimmered into view. "Right, there you are."
The orbs started floating away, and the two ran after them.

'Right, there you are.' It was then that Shia realized he could see her. She turned away quickly as they started running.

This group just loves to get separated huh Rex? Jakub asked

Yes, they seem to Rex replied in a gruff voice.

Oh let's go and break our friend out of jail, splits up, Oh we arrived at in a town lets split up. I mean honestly when has it ever been a good idea to split up? Jakub continued.

[color=#0040BFWell never mind let's just focus on finding them[/color] Jakub looked over the edge of the large thundercloud he was riding over the town. out of the corner of his eye he spotted the familiar hair of a certain tall wizard. Jakub willed the cloud to drift over in the direction of Ferondir.

The cloud descended and formed a staircase that Jakub and rex walked down.

Well honestly aren't you guys the hardest thing to track down. if I were a guard you would be toast.

Cassie stood there alone and confused in all of the commotion. She didn't quite know what to do or how to act now. All she knew was that she needed to get out of there and fast. But with no one around and no knowledge of what the layout of this place was she knew not of where to go. With the spell wearing off she knew she had to act fast. All of a sudden she felt a cold hand grab her own. She let out a little faint scream until she realized it was Zeph. She then noticed... she could see Zeph. The spell had worn off, but she didn't see anybody else. The spell must wear off quicker by contact. Now they were just standing there almost like they were frozen in time.
"Come this way!" said Zeph sounding concerned. He probably didn't want the guards noticing them. Soon Cassie and Zeph were running down the street to hopefully not be noticed by anybody. Cassie still was processing everything that was happening. She saw some of the guards on the ground and a few running at them. They both ran pushing people aside and knocking over fruit stands to escape. Cassie wasn't paying attention as Zeph turned a sharp corner into an alley and accidentally ran into the side of a wall. They both soon stopped to catch their breath. Cassie didn't see any guards following them anymore, they must have gotten caught up in the crowd and forgotten about her and Zeph. "Man- Wow- That was- something." She heard Zeph say with kind of a joking sound behind it. "Yeah that was uh....really something...." She said still trying to catch her breath. "Sorry about the theatrics, but the others should be here shortly." Zeph said. "Huh?....Oh yeah okay...that's fine." Cassie replied. They stood there for a while waiting for the others to arrive shortly. She was still processing everything that was going on. She was still kind of in a state of panic from earlier and she couldn't snap out of it. Cassie then saw Guzore roll up to them and say "Ohohoho! What do we have here?" "Huh?" Cassie said out loud in a state of confusion. She then realized she was still holding Zeph's hand. She then felt even more panic wash over her as she continued to hold his hand.

Jack had been lagging a bit behind, after getting his daily exercise dancing with a spear. Jack felt exhausted, and was surprised when he flickered invisible. Regardless of where the others went, Jack had to hide from all the guards about. There was an entire city's worth of soldiers after them now. Jack had planned on getting arrested, not trying to stage a rebellion, or whatever Zeph was trying to do! This was completely hopeless. The guards had shown willingness to kill already, or at least severely injure. Not that an infected wound in prison wasn't a death sentence anyway!
Jack saw a purple orb approach him and dash into his chest.

Jack had no idea what just happened but he didn't have time to ponder. Guards would find him any minute.
Why couldn't something as simple as getting into a city go right?

Jakub floated down behind them, making a snide comment about their sneakiness. "If you were a guard you wouldn't have been riding on a cloud!" Shia snapped back. "And if you hadn't been, you wouldn't have seen us or been able to catch up." She was embarrassed to be holding Ferondir's hand, but she didn't want to lose him in the city.
