the quiet and shy one most people would say. eva does not try to be as shy and quiet as she seems to be, she just doesn't like to talk to people she doesn't know well. once you get to know eva, she is the fun and most adventurous person you may ever meet, she loves to have fun and do things that mostly no one likes to do. she loves a good adrenaline rush. people say she is daring and brave and she is but sometimes that is just a cover up of what she is really feeling inside. eva may seem like she is happy and feels great about her life, but in reality she hates herself, she hates how people ignore her and how he seems invisible to the rest of the world. she is broken and insecure, she wants to be happy but she is to depressed to even think about even trying. all she wants is someone who understands her and who can help her become happy. all she needs is a friend... she is very secretive.

eva had been in foster care pretty much her whole life. her biological parents were criminals and she was immediately taken away from them when she was only a few weeks old. she actually thought being in foster care was normal for a child her age, but when she was in third grade she told her friends at school about why she could not have friends over, she started getting made fun of and picked on. she soon became homeschooled after that and that is why she is so antisocial towards strangers. when she was old enough, she was allowed to move out of the foster home and move to an apartment and she did so when she was eighteen. she actually moved across the country just to get away from her past, and sometimes is comes back to her but she quickly pushes it away. she hates people asking her about her family and her past. eva keeps to herself more than anything. she had also wanted to become a veterinarian her whole life and finally achieved her goal when she got a scholarship to veterinary school when she was a senior in high school.

Phoebe is an outgoing cat, she loves to play and help other animals. She is kind of a leader or role model due to having a good relationship with Evelyn. Phoebe loves to play with shoe laces and toy mice, never real mice though, she knows better than that. She also likes to grab onto fingers with her thumbs, yes... a cat with thumbs, I will explain that in the history section. Phoebe is kind of stubborn when someone tells her what to do, and she won't usually listen if that is the case.

Phoebe has a rough life, at least she has had a rough life, until now. She was born in a nice house and she lived with her mother and siblings until she was about three weeks old, her owner dumped her and her siblings. All of her siblings wandered off together, leaving her abandoned and alone. She had wandered the streets for a few weeks, growing weaker by the day, until she was found by Evelyn. She had somehow made it to Evelyn's apartment over the coarse of a few weeks. Evelyn spotted her and took her in for a few days, feeding her and helping her get better. Then the landowner found out about Eva having a cat and demanded that she take it to a shelter, so that is when Phoebe was brought to the shelter, and she still gets to see Evelyn every day. Now about her toes, Phoebe was born with twenty-four toes, normal cats have eighteen. She has seven on each front foot and five on each back. She is able to use the front toes to grab onto things like an actual hand. This breed is called a polydactyl or better known as a Hemingway cat.
