Hungry mood. Nice mood. I just have to wait for the taste of toothpaste to wear off so it doesn't ruin my delicious food. I shall wait, it's for the best, when we do meet it will be..... together forever until you die (or hit the toilet.)

satisfied but also kind of a mix between happy and sad?? I had been tossing around ideas for the ending to paradise park ranging from happy ones, to sad ones, to very dark ones. I couldn't pick one because paradise park is already a dark and fairly sad story, and I didn't know whether or not I wanted to keep that theme or have a happier ending like a light at the end of a dark dark tunnel. just today I finally wrote something out I'm very satisfied with that I think draws it all to a nice close. it's a somewhat bittersweet ending, though it does lean towards the happier side of things. there is some sadder elements to it too, such as the death of the character who was the key role in it all. it draws violet's story to a nice, happy end, which is great because violet has never really been given a chance to have a happy story. she's taken most of the downs and never really any ups. so this ending, while it is sad for her, is also happy for her in a way.
though at the same time, I worry it's *too* sunshiney of an ending for a dark story. maybe i'll get a friend to check, I don't know. but my biggest problem is:
what happens after that?
I know that ending is the end of the story. but what happens after the story? they probably don't keep happy forever. nothing lasts forever. something bad has to happen. what does? does the park continue to function? does it get abandoned yet again and fall into further disrepair? likely the latter, which is quite sad.
dammit I've ruined the happy ending.
