[Nocturnal Creatures]

Four abnormal "creatures". Each who thought they were the
last of their kind, though now this has turned out to be only
partially true. These creatures have been deemed as
dangerous and in the past their species have caused large
amounts of damage to humans and their civilization. To
prevent this from occurring again the government agency
known as The Light, have created a program to deal with
the so called "pure bloods". Using various means and
resources they managed to obtain blood samples from all
four individuals. These samples were then put into four
Light agents, each agent was specially chosen for this task
and now, each have some of the characteristics of the four.
Now it is their job to either capture or eradicate each and
every single member of the four. The four have all
inadvertently come together in a small North American town,
each comes from a different background and each know
exactly what they are. However what they don't know is that
they are being hunted, they are also unaware of the other
"pure bloods" in the town. To survive they must find each other
and go on the run, the only way they can get the Light off of
their tails is to get rid of the danger posed by the agents, either
by killing them or convincing them to fight with the four.
Things are more complicated than this, some of the species are
natural enemies and they may all fight for leadership rights.
Only time may tell what will happen to them, will they survive,
or will each of their species be lost forever...

The plot focuses around two groups. The first group, known
as the Four, is made up of four individuals, all of whom are
the last of their kind. They have never met before but will
begin to form a group dynamic in order to survive. The
second group, known as the Agents, is made up of four
individuals who have had the DNA of the Four inserted
into them. It is the Agents job to hunt down the Four and
either kill them or capture them depending on what is
easier.

The story starts off when the Agents are arriving in the town
where the Four have all separately taken refuge. The Four
don't know that they are being hunted but will all end up at
the same place quite quickly and will come face to face with
the agents at the same time.

Rule 5;; You can have two characters per person, one Agent,
one of the Four, one male, one female, simple
Rule 6;; Please use a known faceclaim, it prevents any art
theft from occurring
Rule 7;; Please try and post at least a few times a week, if
you fail to do so then i will message you if you don't tell me
when you are going to be unable to post

ＪＥＫＹＬＬ ＡＮＤ ＨＹＤＥ
Everyone knows the tale of Jekyll and Hyde, the man
with two personalities. While he is "Jekyll" he is a
smart and civilized man but as "Hyde" he can be very
unpredictable, strong, agile, fast and has accelerated
healing. He does his best to keep his "Hyde" side at
bay but he does sometimes love to relish in it.

ＶＡＭＰＩＲＥ
Bloodsucker. Vampires have been seen as evil for a
long time, drinking blood doesn't make you loved.
He is incredibly smart and fast as well as having fast
healing. He is proud and doesn't like taking orders from
others. His species craves shapeshifter blood. He takes
longer to heal from wounds inflicted by shapeshifters.

ＳＨＡＰＥＳＨＩＦＴＥＲ
Shapeshifters have been in stories for years. She can
take the form of any animal that she wants. She has
some anger issues which can cause her change to
come on. Her kind and vampires were enemies, she
has fast healing but vampire induced wounds take
longer to heal. Her blood is delicious to vampires.

ＷＩＴＣＨ
Often called devils wives, witches have many powers.
This girl however uses light magic; healing, water
and nature magic are her specialties. Her eye colour
changes with her mood and she loves to play pranks.
She is still learning her magic and things sometimes
go wrong. She is the golden heart of the four.

ＳＴＲＯＮＧＭＡＮ
The strong man of the group, he has been injected
with the blood of J&H. He is slightly unpredictable
but is not as smart as his "blood donor". He is very
strong and agile and will protect the other agents at
any cost. He is a follower and will follow orders
almost without a second thought.

ＳＰＥＥＤＳＴＥＲ
Quick and agile this girls "blood donor" was the
vampire. She is also very smart and has slightly
faster healing that most normal people. A deep
hatred for shapeshifters was also inherited. She is a
natural leader and does so in the group. She does not
drink blood and can move faster than most others.

ＷＥＲＥＷＯＬＦ
Her "blood donor" was the shapeshifter. She has the
ability to turn into a wolf. She inherited her "donors"
short temper and she also inherited a specific hatred
for vampires as well as the weakness to them. She is
loud and has a mouth which often gets her into
trouble with those of authority.

ＥＬＥＭＥＮＴＡＬ
This man doesn't appear to be much but his "blood
donor" was the witch and he has command over the
element of fire. He also inherited oddly coloured eyes
which change with his emotions. He doesn't know a
lot about what he can do and can be rather reckless.
He has a big heart which often gets him into trouble.

Chelsea looked up at the sky above, dark clouds were gathering and she thought that it might start to rain later on. Returning her gaze to the street around her she relished in how quiet it was. After having spent much of her time in crowded city recently, a small, quiet town was a nice change of pace. She began to walk slowly down the street, taking in the scenery around her, she had been in the town for about two days now but had only just begun to explore it. Ahead of her lay the town centre, which wasn't really much to look at, in the centre of town sat a medium sized fountain adorned with sculptures of all sorts of strange creatures. She walked over to a bench that overlooked the fountain and the rest of the town centre and sat down, sliding her bag off of her shoulder and taking out a sandwich, she hadn't eaten yet and really needed to. Within a few minuted the sandwich was gone and she leaned back, eyes closed, thinking about what to do next.

Let me out jekyll... The man had his head face down on the bar as some stranger was tapping his shoulder to get him to move. The more than angry thought that crept audibly in his head made him groan. Why would I do that? And stop calling me that. Instead of 'letting the voice in his head out', the man stood and gave the impatiently rude stranger his seat. It was best not to deal with people and unfortunately that meant letting them walk all over him. His footsteps were heavy and tired and even though he'd only had a couple drinks, he was feeling just as crappy as ever. It took a lot of fortitude to keep himself in check and he'd been holding strong for about a day and a half now. So you don't end up looking like a pathetic runt like you did just there. Let me get back your seat... It'll be fun. The best way get the voice inside your head to stop talking was generally to ignore the voice inside your head. So that's what Jackson Hayes did next. A couple moments later and his feet took him outside where he was greeted by the charming exterior of this small town. There was no way somebody like him could stay in one place for long. It didn't matter who he met, the other half would end up hating their guts eventually. He was just like that. But whenever Hyde came out, pretty awful stuff happened that Jack didn't really want to think about. I'll get out eventually and it's unfortunately always you that let's me come out. Pretty interesting. Jack's gaze traveled up and to the clouds overhead and he shrugged, "Whatever. Will you be quiet now? I'm trying to think." He ended up talking out loud this time as he leaned against the brick wall of the pub he'd just come out of. The town center wasn't terribly crowded and it's not like he cared much if people thought he was crazy. Usually, he had more control of the other half when he talked out loud and that guy would be forced away. But Jack wasn't really being demanding right now so a couple seconds later Hyde voiced his opinion. You think too much. Just another thing I hate about you. He laughed and shook his head in disbelief, "You hate everything but the feeling's mutual." His eye caught a girl sitting on a bench eating a sandwich and his arms folded as he watched in boredom. You should talk to her. You need more friends. It gets boring when you're not afraid I wont kill anybody. This did strike somewhat of a spark and he snapped his fingers as if the other guy was right in front of him. That's what it felt like - the two of them were so different sometimes he forgot it was all him in his head. "Enough talking. Go away now," his voice was tired but there was authority in it. All was quiet again and he was able to smile nervously. Rubbing the back of his neck he pushed the glasses this half of him needed up the bridge of his nose only just now realizing they'd slid down a bit. He didn't know what it was, maybe his intellect or intuitive mind, but something about that girl had his attention for some reason. And he knew that Hyde felt it too which was why that side suggested he investigate. But there was still a matter of his self imposed 'don't get involved' rule. But despite all that, he found himself approaching the fountain regardless of the warning signals shooting off in every direction. A couple seconds later and he'd convinced himself that because he was new to this town he was only asking for directions which was partly true. "Er - excuse me. Hi, I'm Jackso- Jack. Don't know why that matters... Anyways, kind of wondering if you could point me in some sort of direction. Looking for a Hotel or something," he outstretched his hand for her to shake because apparently that's what normal people did and offered a lopsided grin. He'd just stick around to satisfy his curiosity and then he'd be gone again. No big deal. Nope.

What a... quaint little town. Rei wasn't particularly impressed by what it showed her upon first glance. She favored big cities, where it was loud and active all day, every day. Little towns, while endearing, just weren't for her. They were too peaceful. Too quiet. Too close. Can't do anything in a little town without somebody else finding out about it. Judgement plagued the lands of small towns. One step out of line and every middle aged woman on your street was turning her nose up at you. Rei just wasn't cut out for that kind of lifestyle. She craved the intensity of crowded streets and skyscrapers. Fortunately, the werewolf carried enough intensity of her own to compensate for what this place lacked. Rei wasn't going to lie, she was a little excited about this mission. It wasn't her first mission overall, but it was her first time doing one as a werewolf. Not that she hadn't already figured out how to work a quadruped figure. It'd certainly been a task at first, for it hadn't come naturally to her. But now she had it practically mastered, with the exception of the overactive temper that came with it. She'd been difficult before, but now she was just a danger. It had it's pros and cons.

Esmeree thanked the driver as she handed him a couple of bills. Once he took them and gave her the okay, she pushed open the door and lifted herself out of the taxi, slinging a bag over her shoulders before shutting it with a light shove. The cab drove off, and she ditched the curb to start walking. The sidewalks were pretty bare when it came to an amount of people, so she didn't have to worry about slamming into anybody as she busied herself pulling something out of the backpack that she'd stuffed some necessities in. What she grabbed were four pieces of paper, each one layered with the others and folded in half for convenience. Unfolding the miniature stack, Rei scanned the first one briefly before leafing through the other three to repeat the process. The one on top displayed a picture of a young woman with a short description off to the side of it. In red ink, the word 'witch' was scribbled in the top margin. Rei hadn't taken the time to look through any of these profiles except for their appearances, so she didn't know much about personalities. The pictures were pretty lousy, too, but they'd have to suffice. The next paper underneath got a little instinctive rise out of her, for this one was the vampire of the group. Next was another guy, apparently known to be the life-sized version of Jekyll and Hyde. Rei had taken a bit of time to try and understand what that ensued, but was still a little uncertain about it. And at the bottom was her 'donor', the shapeshifter woman. Each paper had enough information to call a briefing, but Esmree hadn't taken the time to get anything except the very basics. She wasn't here to get to know the targets on a personal level.

The first task was locating them. Supposedly they'd all happened to show up in this particular town. What had driven them here? Briefly rolling her eyes, Rei folded the papers over their old crease once again and replaced them in the backpack. She knew she also needed to get a hold of the other agents at some point and figure out how they wanted to go about this. Would they fan out and hope to find one at a time and herd them, per se, into one general area? Would they go as a group and hunt them down one by one? Would they just... go with it, and hope for the best? They needed some sort of plan, and probably a rendezvous point, as well. The town center seemed like a logical place to meet up, but maybe they had different ideas... For now, Rei wanted to just do some glancing around while she waited for the others to arrive. A quick scan of the town would do no harm.
