Eleanor nodded " I'm a wanted criminal but he hasn't turned me in"

Again, Lucy nodded in acknowledgement, before doing a double-take. "Wait, criminal?" she said.

Eleanor sighed " I'm the Nightmare " she said wearily " most wanted master thief "

One could call Lucy a news hound - though she preferred reading about the latest trend or celebrity gossip, she checked the other sections of the paper once in a while. In many of those brief flips, she'd seen mentions of the Nightmare. The other dog had mentioned the name before, but she'd been too scared to pay attention.

"Okay, wow. I'm talking to a master criminal. That's so cool." Yeah, she probably should have been a little more alarmed, but the thief didn't seem to have any desire to harm her. Besides, she'd managed several remarkable feats in her career.

Eleanor smiled " but it's über hard sometimes " said " I live in the woods with my pet snake

Lucy nodded, still grinning as she headed after LazerBurn. "That does sound pretty hard. I can barely stand even camping for beyond a couple days." She was a city girl at heart, really. Totally fabulous (and modest), fashionable, and barely knowing anything about nature. "By the way, how far's the village from here?"

Eleanor whistled " I love it" she said " the outdoors, the animals don't know who the nightmare is so they are not afraid" she smiled " my real name is Eleanor ". She sighed "the village is about 10 minutes from here" she said

LazerBurn
LazerBurn reached the gate of the village. "MAN! The gate is locked!"he said and kicked a rock. "Oh and also I am usually more mature,but I have been active recently do to some thing that has been happening these past days..."he said. The ground started to grumble and LazerBurn heard a pound of wind coming closer. "Oh no. It's another dragon! Quick you two take cover! I have a bow and arrows somewhere in my bag."he yelled.

Eleanor hissed slightly and drew her sword " I don't hide" she growled

Though Lucy would have liked to be a hero, there was no way she was fighting a dragon. If she was armed, maybe, but all she had at the moment was her paws. Unless she could sing it to death, she had few real skills that could help here anyway. Throwing a glance back at the two, she quickly tried to analyse the environment for the safest place to hide. Unfortunately, analysis was not her strong point. She gave up, ducking behind a tree. It was flammable, yeah, but she could run if she needed to.
