Grim spotted Thunder coming up ahead, and readied the vine. He would pull it up right when he landed, as it was only a few yard past that, allowing him just enough time to build up speed again.

Storm laughed. "You keep saying that..." She bit down even harder on his tail, feeling a satisfying crunch in her jaws. She knew his breed, and that they burned themselves out quickly, whereas her kind were known for their stamina. All she had to do was hold on, and she'd have him. All the same, she decided to speed it up by swiping at his back legs with her sharp front claws, aiming at the muscle that powered him on, and at the tendon's that allowed him to stand.

Thunder yelped, crashing onto the ground. He had tripped over a vine. The greyhound tossed about, the vine caught in his fur. He barked, kicking his legs out.

Odin saw Akuma zoom past him. He focused more intently then before and tried to pick up the pace. He saw Akuma close to shore, Odin wasn't that far behind, but the knew he was going to lose. Odin drew a deep breathe and went under water, trying to be as fast as Akuma. It didn't last long as he couldn't hold his breathe for longer then a few seconds.


Darwin smirked at Larki whipping her dirty water at him. He winked back at her and wagged his tail. Darwin new this was the right moment. He licked Larki's muzzle and rested his head on her head for a moment. Darwin was thinking about his future, his new mate, his pack, the humans, and his puppies that where going to be into this world soon. He looked at Larki's eyes, the eyes he loved so dearly. "Larki, I love you and I am so happy we are starting are life together. I will do anything for you, and once are pups are born, I will do anything for them also." He nuzzled his head on hers.

Lillie winced at the sight of Thunder being tripped, she ran into the forest not wanting to see the rest. Tears stung her eyes, and she began to whimper.

Larki's cheek was hurting from all the smiling, but she couldn't feel it. Her heart swelled for Darwin, leaning on his shoulder a little. "I love you too, Darwin." Larki giggled, her eyes watery. "I can't wait to have pups with you," She said happily. Imagine that, she though wildly. Pups with your one true love, soulmate, Larki smiled softly at Darwin then inched closer to him.

Ri decided it was time to let her pups try some meat. She went over to the pile, getting a chunk of a deer leg. She ripped it in little pieces for them to eat. She dropped the pieces for her puppies. "Her my little ones, try this." She said to the pups.

Serrie picked up a piece. She had a little trouble chewing it. It was okay, but she liked her mothers milk better. She went and pulled Winona's tail, just for fun.

"Now who's the best? You, or Grim?" Arber said to Thunder, laughing devilishly. He thought it was funny that this dog got tangled up in a vine. "And, for your information, I happen to be part greyhound, and can probably run as fast as you."

"Never!" Thunder growled, "If you think you can outrun me race me!" He sneered, still twisting about in the vine. He wanted to show these dogs he was what he said.

"I don't race frauds" He said, smirking. "Like Storm said, you may be fast, but you don't have the strength of any of us." He was enjoying taunting this dog.
