Welcome to the Official Kirid Dog adopt thread. Please look around or if you have any questions, ask me. ^_^ If you want to adopt a Kirid Dog, look up at the already made ones and maybe you'll get lucky and find the right one.
Please note, I try to make one Kirid dog for adoption after one has been adopted.

What are Kirid Dogs?:
Kirid dogs are curious creatures that love to be with families, but avoid water at all cost. The distinct future or Kirid Dogs are their horns and their odd tail formation. All Kirid Dogs can be found with a unique design on there paw pads, which would be passed down to their next generation, but a mix of both parents. No Kirid Dogs paw pattern are the same.

Rules:
- No fighting
- No crying about not winning an adopt
- Don't guilt trip
- Don't push for more adopts, I'm the only artist here and I do this on my own spare time, even sometimes when I have a busy schedule. So I do my best to put an adopt up as often as possible
- Don't ask to be an artist, if I want an artist, I'll hold a contest or search for one. But I won't give you a spot if you ask.
- Don't ask for a free Kirid Dog, try to win one, or wait for a raffle or something.
- Please don't mini mod, if something happens and needs modding, I'll take care of it.
- This is a closed species, so you may not make your own, under no conditions.

Guest Artist:
- You may only make up to 3 Kirid Dogs.
- You may not make a Royal Kirid Dog!
- You may make 1 custom... But you must pass it through me before posting.
- You may not make a edited Kirid Dog. (Items are allowed, nothing on the horns please though)
- You can make any type of contest, but you may not make an Auction for money, pets, or off site currency.

Types of Kirid Dogs:
Yup! You heard right. Kirid Dogs aren't just Kirid Dogs, there are different types of Kirid Dogs, some known, and some soon to be found out. When a new kind of Kirid Dog appears, this list will be updated.
Kirid Dogs:
The normal Kirid dog, these guys are extremely common and can be found anywhere, a dessert, forest, jungle, etc, anywhere that doesn't have water. Science has yet to understand why they don't go near water and has them on their toes trying to figure out the weird tuff as they can only explain that it looks like a caudal on a sharks fin. There isn't any bone or skin under this tuff, and is made of a horse like main substance that has an oil base like a duck, that makes water just trickle off.
These guys are great pets, they love children, love other animals, and especially there masters. If you have children, we recommend you put something soft on the tips of their horns.
These guys can have edits, but it's rare, if for some reason I find it needed, I'll make edited Kirid Dogs a different type.

Royal Kirid Dogs:
These guys are pretty rare, but not extremely. Once thought to be extinct or maybe just a fairy tale. Now these can be found in protected areas in the world. This is an attempt to make these guys come back, though, so far, some have been smuggled and sold for 1,000's of dollars, and more.
These guys live anywhere, even near water, or in water. They love it. Some times a rare defect appears in a lineage, in which they can only live in water. If a defect happens like this, normally the tuff on their tail becomes a true fin and webs are formed on there paws.
The rarer the line, the more valuable. But due to their unlimited breeding, and how long they live, which can be approximated to be about 50-150 years, they might just end up being common at some point.
What makes these guys known as Royal Kirid Dogs is there lack of a second horn and an edited part on their bodies, like extra tufts, two tongues, extra tails, extra legs, etc.
These guys will show up during these numbers: 10, 50, 100, 200 - and so on so forth. Some of these guys will be given as a contest, or auction, or some will be given to people I feel that deserve one. Please note, you may only have one.
