Elaine swatted at him, irritated. "Shut up you loud mouth!" she hissed, pulling him closer to the forest. "Look I'm gonna help you." she said, holding the shovel up. "BECAUSE LOOK WHO BROUGHT A SHOVEL YOU DINGBAT!" she snarled.

He cringed and flinched a bit, glaring at her slightly. "Whatever.... i couldve gotten a shovel myself and survived." he muttered and reached out for it, trying to grab it. "Where the hell are you taking me anyways?"

Elaine sighed. "Taking you to a place you should be rather comfortable at." she replied swiftly. "I take it you're pretty hateful towards all forms of life?" She asked bluntly.

Synette's nose flared. "He isn't of the same bloodline as Damon. He's older than he appears and to be quite blunt I raised him for the very task we have appointed ourselves to. He knows his purpose and his place quite well, dear". She purred, maintaining her composure expertly. "There should be no problems." She finished, looking up at Alabaster. "Isn't that right?"

"Only if all forms of life are pretty hateful to me." he snipped and growled a bit. "If you dont mind, id like to know where this place is.. Please Elaborate."

King he looked at the creature snarled lowly. "Ill show respect when he proves his worth." He said.

Elaine sighed heavily, huffing and cursing under her breath before replying. "We're going to an underground 'camp' of sorts. The individuals I ally myself with are much like you as well as like me. They hate the Drakes, and those who acquaint themselves with them, and they once hated humans. But if a human such as yourself has as much hatred as I assume you do, you should fit in just fine. We can do whatever the hell you wanted to do before later. For now I need to go back and grab something. So when we get there, please stay put. If I have to chase you down I'll bash your skull in with that shovel."

Synette snarled. "Very well." she hissed in reply, eyeing King down rather disdainfully, a first for her. Showing protectiveness such as she was for Alabaster was an unnatural thing for her to do, as she never had done so with Damon or any of the other Drake children, Elaine now being an exception.

"But of course." He replied quite simply to his mother's question and to the King's comment, maintaining excellent posture as he allowed the king to examine him, keeping his sly smile on his face all the while. He then looked to the King's face, showing no sign of fear nor submissiveness, unlike some other's might do, and stood strong in his place. "I assure you, that I am here to serve under your rule, your highness." He chuckled darkly, waiting a few moments before looking toward the woman from the corner of his eyes, and then return to look to the King. "I aim to please your standards, my lord." he added, his tone firm, yet respectful.

"What if i dont want to come with you?" he growled. "I never said i hated the whoevers.... i just said i hated all creatures." he huffed

He saw the look in her eyes and growled. "Prove your worth, rat. And I'll see if your worthy of my rule." He growled before turning and stalking away.

Cain
He popped up behind Synn. "Dont worry about Father, he will warm up to you soon enough." He chirped to Alabaster.

Elaine rolled her eyes. "Trust me.. If you're as screwed up as I think, you won't want to leave." she said, a sick happiness to her voice. "You wreak of death so I'm pretty sure you like killing things." She added.

Synette sighed heavily, somewhat displeased with the entire interaction. "Tch!" she walked off calmly, headed towards the steps leading up out of the building without another word.

Able and Wisteria watched in silence, somewhat taken aback by the interaction and the behavioral changes displayed by Synette and the eerie actions shown by King.

He sat in the shadows and messed with people heads in his mind. Sort of like meditation.

He looked back at his brother and the girl. Freddy moved and followed Synn.
