Day 6 (Early Morning)/Guzore the Goron/20/Where: Mira Village/With:Shia

Guzore was confused. Didn't she just say she knew something was up?
Who else knows "what's up?" You know, the thing you know that I know, you know?

"Oh, I meant I know something is up, but I'm not sure what it is. And it looks like you know exactly what it is. What is it, anyway?" Her face was lit up with curiosity, and she looked eager to find out about whatever he was talking about.

Ferondir and the Old Man walked out behind Shia.
"What's up?" the younger said to her and Guzore.

"Oh hey Cassie! I was just-uh- Oh, I was just you know, being sentimental in ou- my old tree house." Zeph said as he gestured up the tall structure. Cassie looked up at it, it looked very well built yet...pretty old. "It used to be pretty big and extravagant, now it's just well..." He was looking towards a pile of decayed wood that sat just below the front of the tree house. As Zeph was talking to her, she could sense something wasn't right. She may not have known him for long, but already she knew there was a problem. He seemed a bit stressed and out of place. Cassie scanned the tree house up and down. She could tell it was old by the looks of the rotten boards sitting right below it as Zeph had pointed out. However it still seemed very familiar like she had been there before. But again her memory wasn't very clear and it was hard for her to remember anything. "Well I-" She was then interrupted by a sound from the woods. "OH!!!" She heard. "Was that Guzore? I wonder if Zeph heard it..." She thought. "Hey did you hear that?" Hopefully he did so she didn't seem crazy.

Shia heard Ferondir walk up behind them. He asked them "What's up?" She turned her head. "To be honest, I'm not sure, but Guzore knows something exciting and I think he might share it with me!"

Ferondir wasn't one for gossip, but he was curious. He looked as Guzore. "There's a thing, isn't there? What thing?"

Sapphire wasn't sure what to feel. The flowery hyleans were floating around gracefully, but they were obviously magic oriented. Sapphire always saw magic, unless necessary, was cheating. Someone could train their whole life to juggle, but then someone with magic can just float the objects being juggled above their heads effortlessly. And whoever was floating those petals seemed to have no trouble doing so, since they moved so fluidly. Sapphire was ok with magic if they used it to save someone's life, or defend themselves, but the petals floating around in the shape of hyleans only caused temporary enjoyment, the kind that would leave them wanting more. If a non-magical performer tried to impress these people, most of them wouldn't bat an eye due to their raised expectations. If a blind person didn't dance as well as a sighted one, the sighted one wins the crowd.

Sapphire glanced back at Della.

"I-isn't magic kinda cheating?" All of my elaborate thoughts, and I am only comfortable saying four words, excluding stuttering.

Della stared at her for a minute, thinking about her question. She paused, then shook her head. "You know, magic does seem like cheating sometimes, doesn't it?" she asked. "But in order to do magic, you have to go through years of training and studying. While it might take maybe a year for someone to juggle, it could take two years for someone to be able to levitate objects. You know, maybe we should as Ferondir on that sort of stuff, he probably knows more than I do."

Sapphire seemed nervous at the thought of asking someone personally about it. She reluctantly admitted to herself that it probably took years to do that, but she still had a point to hold on to. She felt nervous but excited at the prospect of an argument, for she hadn't been comfortable enough or brave enough to have one for awhile. She smirked playfully. "Good point, but what about the people who can't learn magic for whatever reason. They are at a major disadvantage."

"You do have a point there." Della nodded, opening the door of a little shop and holding it open for Sapphire. "I think that if for whatever reason you can't do magic, then do something else. If you really have a passion then it's worth working towards it, whether it's magic or juggling." she shrugged.

Day 6 (Early Morning)/Guzore the Goron/20/Where: Mira Village/With:Ferondir, Shia, and an old man


Ferondir came out to where they were, and an old man was there too. Was he involved too? And why was Shia denying her obvious affection for Ferondir? Guzore figured he'd better play it safe for now so they didn't know he heard them talking.
Oh, well... Skyloft is up of course! Well, was up 150 years ago anyway. Can you imagine living in the sky? Hohoho!!
