Like a ghost, the baroness haunts the lands of Petrova.
This solemn female is called Minerva, meaning wise,
intelligent one. Beautiful and quiet, she instills peace
in her pack, both in her patient kindness and her resilient
fortitude. Minerva was once the most elligible lady in the
pack; her beauty was said to rival the queen's. Everyone
loved her, but none more than her mate. Darcus, how he
cherished her. They were perfectly in love, and everyone
envied their partnership. Alas, not everything was as it
seemed. After many failed attempts to bear pups, it was
discovered that Minerva was infertile, barren, and unable
to have any offspring. Distraught, this sent the young
baroness into a deep sadness, leading to her growing
bitterness. Minerva is made easily jealous and can become
quickly upset, especially around pups. She finds comfort in
her beloved Darcus, but also feels guilty, as if she has
cheated him out of fatherhood. Minerva fears that he will
grow to resent her for her infertile condition.

Minerva

Zahir - Minerva respects the king and finds his company pleasant. She is not very close to him personally, but is very friendly and polite to him. Their relationship is distant, but not cold. Minerva is often calmed by the quaint conversations, and she feels very pleasant around him.
Elisabethene - Minerva is sometimes jealous of the queen. In Minerva's youth, she was often revered as more beautiful than the queen. After her barren state was discovered, Minerva coveted the queen's own fertility. She is bitter toward the queen, yet civil.
Finnegan - Minerva is skittish around the unstable Finnegan. She tries to avoid him the best she can and doesn't trust him at all.
Keeva - Minerva's trusted friend, the two females often comfort each other through trying times. They are very close and often help each other as allies.
Darcus - Her beloved mate, her often calls her "Minnie" when they are together. He looses his tough shell when he is around her, and Minerva cherishes his companionship. They are truly in love, but Minerva fears that her infertility is straining their relationship.
