Oh! What an interesting set of questions! No, payments don't have to be wishlist but they are preferred to be. As long as they stick to what I'm accepting there shouldn't be any issues! [Dogs, Cats, and Tess Horses with 11' and older Store Pets/Lists excluded]
As for your comic question, I suppose it would depend on what you're looking for! I am definitely interested in the idea, though. Hopefully that answered your question, and if it didn't feel free to let me know so I can answer it properly!
