At first glance

Size
Gemstone Chimeras are cat-like creatures, standing at the height of a fully grown Labrador Retriever.
However, they can stand their manes on end and almost double their size.

Horns
Very similar to an Ibex's. They are very tough. The only time they break is at old age.

Gemstones
Their most noticeable feature. They can be any color and any finish.
They almost always match, but, it is still possible for them to mismatch.
This is rare, though.

Manes
Softer than polar fleece.
These guys almost went extinct after excessive poaching.
Their manes may stand on end when threatened, almost
doubling their size appearance.




Diet
Gemstone Chimeras are very much carnivores, in fact, they are completely
inapplicable of digesting vegetables! They will hunt hares, deer, elk, squirrels,
and many other woodland creatures.

habitat
They will live in any forest. From the Rain forest to the northern pine forests.
From there, they tend to stay out of the trees and prefer to reside in the ground.

Life span
Usually, 35-55 years. The oldest recorded was 78 years and counting.



Common- no line edits
Uncommon- small line edits (fur tufts, claws, ect.)
Rare- mismatching gems (no more than two colors), medium sized line edits (Hair styles, accessories, bob-tails, missing gems)
Very rare- mismatching gems (3+ colors), huge line edits (wings, missing main features, extra limbs, ect.)
