Preferences given to/requested by artist: Meant to be an original design, based on my choices here. I had also spoken to Syra about the eye color, and they said he could have black sclera and heterchromia, with one eye a golden yellow, and the other whichever color the artist thinks looks best.

I hate to be THAT ONE USER but...
I wanted to repost this because this competition ended on April 13th of LAST year.
And it was judged in SEPTEMBER.
If this can at least be claimed at some point? I'd be cool.
I really just want the waiting to end, I understand priorities, and the need to finish prior form applicants.
But eventually maybe?

It's been nearly a month since I originally posted this and the charas the two plumes will be based after aren't TOO hard.

Not trying to be rude, just trying to get the form out there again, if only to remind someone who'd like to take it.
