A Marquine is a mixture of a horse (Clydesdale) and a deer, having the body build of a horse and the facial features of a deer. Despite their rather klutzy looking appearance, Marquines are known to be quite graceful. They may have large hooves, but they are quite light on them, taking almost deer-like steps. They are commonly found wild near marshes (which is where they get their names from) that don't have excessive water.

Marquines tend to live in small groups of 5-15, with the majority of members being female. There can be more than one male per a heard, but this is uncommon unless the dominate male has a son. In the case that a male is born to a female in the heard, the child will be regarded as a second leader later on in life. At lot of the time the son will move on to make his own heard, so the conflict of which male is more dominate doesn't occur often.

There is not strict form you have to fill out, but please make sure you state whether you would like your Marquine's mate to be loyal or not! (aka- if you want them to only have one breeding partner). Please be sure to respect all users on here, and not demand or be pushy about getting a breeding slot from a stallion. Anyone has the right to deny a breeding slot to someone else, please keep that in mind!
