Akira is hot-headed, feisty, but also very humble. When she was young she was often overlooked because of her small size, but because of this barrier Akira learned to be willful and bold. During third grade she skipped a year due to the combined power of her synesthesia and photographic-memory. Synesthesia is a rare condition, the ability of two or more of her senses to be linked in a manner, and Akira does her best to hide it, thinking people would mark her strange if they knew. Akira is not very easily irritated, but she does have a quirk with words such as 'color' and 'colour'.

Akira's friendly and usually befriends most plumies, but sometimes if their design's colors bothers her synesthesia too much she'll be shier than she usually is
