Without considering the items, so please get some input on that, three tokens come usually about to a rare of that years worth because that's how many you usually have to trade in to get an event pet. Which would mean it would be unfair to them in dates, but the demand of the tokens during the event drive them up a bunch. Really it's as fair as you see fit, depending on how you value your tokens.
