Well, here's something that just occurred to me:

Sure, we'll have a winner, but what does the winner win?

I'm thinking we can do a prize pool, of sorts.
Like, a Oneshot costs one Uncommon pet to enter, and a Multi-chapter costs one rare + one common for every chapter.
Winner gets the pets in the pool group?
((And think about, having a price on chapters may help keep the Multi-chapter fics a bit shorter, and easier to judge.))

And if we do this, I volunteer to be the Prize holder.

Perhaps maybe a choice of two themes?
A generic halloween theme and another theme for those who don't want to do the halloween one?
So there is a choice.

Also, I think if they are people to judge, we should limit it to two.
That way we dont have like a bunch of people judging and more people wrriting?

I agree but maybe we could have an odd number (3?) to prevent ties? A generic vote would work too... Maybe even a poll. ^^

Three Jusges sound slike a good idea.
A poll maybe diffcult as at the moment KIbachu/Dead Rabbit Holes is having a bit of a problem with loging into CS.
(He literally just said to me he'll be fixing it soon and he'll try to pop by ^U^)
But I do agree with a poll.

My only rule fore the prize pool is, I stop accepting pets two days before the judging.
