Ninja vs. Dinosaurs by Acts_of_Tekla
Sasuke, Kabuto, Orochimaru, Dinosaurs. No pairing. Pure crack fic.

not even good enough for shinobi gossip weekly by aerynlallaboso (aerynsdottor)
Kabuto and Zetsu testing a truth serum. No pairing. Humor/Not complete crack.

I also like the stuff Nocturnal Supremacy puts out.

Oh man those are good. I liked the one about Kabuto and Zetsu trying to steal information from the Cloud ninja ^^ It would be hilarious if they could put that in an actual episode X3

OKAY fics that I think are super good:

In The Blood by justplainrii
the author's summary:

Almost 30 years after the end of the war, Sasuke discovers that a clone was made of his brother. He doesn't handle it well. Especially when other clones begin to surface, and all signs point to an old foe being responsible. A mystery.

It may be longer than War and Peace, but it is worth it. Lots of OCs, as you might expect, but well written. Really interesting character dynamics. (Pairings: a LOT. Also, tw: for domestic abuse.)
Tight Spot by hakanamu. 16 year old Naruto winds up in 13 year old Itachi's body. Unfortunately incomplete and probably going to remain that way, but it's a solid 67k.
The Philosophy of Self by TaikoHawk. Author's summary:

They told him he was Sasuke. Was he mad to believe they were wrong?

I can't really say more than that without giving it away. BUT IT IS SO GOOD OKAY.
