Amberbreeze

"I-I just wanted to-" was all he finished saying before ash was thrown up in his face. He coughed and rubbed his eyes to attempt to remove the ash. 'What a hero' he thought glaring after him before turning around to run back to the camp. When he got back he went into the warriors den and began to groom the ash out of his fur.

Midnightpaw

Midnightpaw was glad to see his sister and nuzzled her but growled quietly when she hit him. "Dad didn't want us at all." he snarled with his annoyed expression returning, "We don't belong here so why do you listen to them?"

Emeraldblaze

"I'm okay~" she said as she entered the camp and looked around. "Is everyone else okay?" she asked looking around. She was nearly completely coated in ash but didn't seem to care at all.

Ayla

Ayla didn't even look at Sharp and her claws were now extended. "Go away--or I will make you." she hissed. She already disliked the tom.

Silverpaw glared quizzically at her brother. "And why don't we belong here?" She inquired. "Why don't you think we should be here? Because whatever your reason is, I beg to differ. These cats offer us shelter, protection, kinship, training, and whatever else, and you don't see a reason to stay?"

Sharp tucked his paws closer, sniffling. "Oh no!" He squealed in an overly-cheesy voice. "Please don't kill me! I have so much to live for!" He smirked for a second, before pouting once more. "Someone save me!" His yowl carried through the sparse forest.

Midnightpaw

"So you are just using them, like they are using you. We were never meant to be clan cats and they didn't even want us at first either." he hissed, "I don't get why you want to stay here, but we are leaving as soon as you lose those bees in your brain." He spun around and stormed off to the apprentice den.

Ayla

She launched out of the nest and hit him over the face with her paw, as hard as she could. Although she never showed it, she could be quite powerful. The claw mark on his cheek was deep and the blow was enough to dizzy him for a moment. "Shut up you piece of fox dung." she hissed before going back to her nest and curling up to face away from him. "Will you leave me alone now?"

Rockfoot counted the heads of all the cats. Everyone seemed to be back and alive, minus Eaglepaw and Earlgrey. She wanted to send out a patrol to try to find their warrior and medicine cat in training, but everyone was still occasionally sneezing, and trying to shake the ash out of their fur. Amberbreeze was probably hurt from their fight too. Rockfoot would go check on him in a second, but first she bounded up the highledge. The matter wasn't really clan-meeting worthy, but what better way was there to get everyone's attention? She called out to all the cats. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the highledge for a clan meeting!" She yowled.

Flickerpaw untucked his shaking head from his tail. All this excitement was overwhelming for him. He wished he could just rewind everything. And by everything, he didn't mean just that day. He meant...everything. Especially...the plague. He shook the thought from his head and wandered over to the highledge, plopping himself down in the front.

Silverpaw shook her head at her brother's retreating back. 'If only he tried.' She thought. 'Maybe he could see how great clan life really is.' But as she walked toward the highledge, she began to second-guess herself. Why really was she staying?

Sharp didn't let up. "Why should I go? The party is just getting started." He stood up, brushing off his cheek with a paw. The ground stained slightly red, but he didn't care much. He stood in a menacing stance, eyes glaring, tail flicking. In reality, Sharp knew he was just a big old bully, but... He didn't want to think about it. He didn't want to think about Birdsong. His eyes glazed slightly as he fought back the memories.

Feliciana had heard a fight going on near the shelter she was in from the burst. She poked her head out and saw two figures yowling at each other. The female gave a snort before she emerged from the ground and stormed on over to Sharp and Ayla. "Will you two just stop fighting and let a she cat get some peace?!" She snapped at the two once she was close enough to the two.

Amberbreeze

Hearing Rockfoot call the meeting he quickly went outside the den. He flicked off most of the remaining as he made his way over to the base of the ledge. He sat down and tightly wrapped his tail over his paws and looked around at the other cats gathering.

Emeraldblaze

Emeraldblaze quickly ran over to sit next to Amberbreeze. Her fur let out a puff of ash as she sat down. Her fur was still covered in ash, but she began to clean a bit of it off as she waited for the meeting to begin.

Midnightpaw

Midnightpaw hissed at no one in particular when he heard the meeting called. There was no way he would go out there, especially after his sister had annoyed him. He quickly cleaned his fur, then curled up in his nest.

Ayla

Ayla still refused to look at Sharp or Feliciana. "That mouse-brain is the one who came over here to bother me." she muttered.

"Well I don't know who started it so I can't believe you. I'm accusing both of you because a smart cat would either walk away or try to stop the fight then just making it worse." She added on with a calmer tone but it was still powerful and stern.

Rockfoot stood up as she addressed her clan. "So..." She started out nervously. "How is everyone doing?" She winked, then frowned again. "It seems like we're in a bit of a...situation. Our medicine cat apprentice and medicine cat are gone. So I have two things to address you about today. Firstly: Does anycat here know anything about healing?" She hoped one of her clanmates knew at least some basics and could check everyone who was just outside out. She didn't want anyone's injuries getting infected, or worse.

Flickerpaw shook his head solemnly. "I don't know anything." He squeaked, looking feverishly down at himself, and shuffling his paws. "Much less how to work with herbs."

Silverpaw noticed her brother's absence. She frowned once more, glaring in the direction of their den, although she knew if he had come out, he would hardly be much use. She growled quietly.

Sharp's jaw dropped. When the she-cat had first came into the clearing, he had noticed the similarity. However, he refused to believe, to hope that it was who he thought it was. But once she spoke, he let himself dream. "What's your name?" He asked casually, tail flicking.

"They call me Feliciana. Why's that your concern?" The female answered now relaxing a bit knowing she probably wasn't in any harm. The male did seem like an aggressive type but she knew how to tame those cats. Just tell them how great the are and soon enough they are loyal to you.

Eaglepaw was laying down in the ashes knowing his brother was probably lost but most likely dead. It was all his fault. The male sat up and gave himself a good gash on the face for being so stupid. Why did his brother have to go like this? If only he had given him more love and attention like true siblings do. Soon enough he heard a yowl and saw a figure dash up to him. The juvenile male brightened up seeing it was his brother. When Earlgray got to him the older male started licking his gash clean. "Alright you git. I'm getting us back to camp." Earlgray sighed before he got his brother onto his back and made a dash back to camp.

She stood up and kicked chunks of the nest at them as she stood. She began to walk away growling. "Why couldn't you go have your conversation somewhere else.." he hissed, still not wanting to face them because she felt like her fur could be very messed up at the moment.
