Ferondir chuckled. "Well, it's something like this."
He remembered the song. And began to chant.

In the chaos before time, the goddesses of gold descended.
The first of three was Din, the source of all power.
The second, Nayru, the essence of wisdom.
The third, Farore, the fire that burns within.
The first forged the earth, with her arms of flame.
The second poured wisdom, and the spirit of law.
The third gave life to the land we now possess.
The three goddesses, their work now done, rose into the sky.
To mark the gate, three triangles of gold, in the sacred realm.
The triforce since granted this world the providence that we have.

"It sounds better in it's original language." Ferondir explained. "But Nayru, the patron goddess of all wise men, is the law giver, the wise one. We look to her when we are lost. We look to her for knowledge and foresight. Why do you ask?"

Why did I ask? I guess I would like to have faith like he does, to look up to a goddess in the sky. "Can anyone follow her?"

Ferondir looked carefully at her. "Yes. Anyone who Farore created. Anyone in Hyrule or the lands beyond." Ferondir chuckled again. "I think you already do."

Shia looked a little embarrassed. "Yeah, I guess so." Assuming the conversation was over, she backed away from Ferondir towards the rest of the group. "Come on, we should get back to the others."

Walking through the woods may have not been the best idea to get to Castle Town. For one Drimaethor had to watch where he stepped so he wouldn't ruin his noble clothes. He'd also had to keep readjusting his amulet so it would be at the center of his robes.
"wish we could've taken a road" mumbled after dodging a branch from hitting his face.

Shia almost laughed when she saw Drimaethor's expression. "Want some help with that?" She joined the effort of keeping his clothes from an untimely demise.

Zeph, upon noticing the awkward look she was giving him, took a small step backwards.
Right, Whoops. He thought.
Yeah, Well. It's a pretty common name. No, No it really isn't. Why did I say that?
Well- Bored. But honestly whats new. It seems you decided to accompany us on the walking portionof this journey. Zeph said, chuckling.
Ask her. Ask her about her past. Zeph thought, unsure of whether he should or not
So... Zeph said, rubbing the back of his neck.
Why'd you decide to accompany this rag-tag group of misfits? He spoke lightly, chuckling slightly.
Not that I'm saying you shouldn't or anything. Zeph added, to clarify.

"She's right." Ferondir drifted a little behind the group. Shia wanted to follow Nayru. Was Ferondir wise enough to guide her? Not yet. He hadn't passed the test. If he did. He'd pass from apprentice to journeyman. At that point he could take an apprentice himself. They were approaching Mira Village. He could take it then. "I'll ask my mentor."
He'd know.
He stopped and pulled out a piece of parchment, and dictated to it as he walked.

"Mentor,
A young woman I met in my travels has expressed an interest in the way of Nayru. If I can pass the test, I'll be able to train her, according to the code. However, I'm not certain I'm ready. Her name is Shiallia, and it seems that her aura is sensitive, just like my mother's. I need your guidance in this matter.
We're heading toward Mira Village, and will be there this evening, if all goes well. I'd like to take the test as soon as we arrive.
We're a group of a little more then a dozen. Please, tell the chief and the innkeeper of our arrival.
We also heard a prophecy in Arbour Harbor. It's message was dark. I fear that a great disaster is coming. I'll fill you in on the details when I arrive.
Your faithful student, Ferondir."

The quill copied his words and he sent his letter with a flash of green flame.
He ran to catch up with the others.

Cassie sat there and processed the question that he had asked. It was kind of strange as she was just thinking in her head a few minutes ago almost the same thing. "Why did I help these people? and why did I decide to join them?" She thought to herself...She sat there staring at him and probably looked like an idiot.
"Well I decided to join you guys because....well I've got nothing better to do! "Okay that was a stupid response." She thought to herself. "Well I don't know. I guess I decided to join you guys because..... I needed to." "Wait a minute hold on! Where did that come from? Why did I just say that? And why do I question myself so much?" She thought to herself which apparently she does a lot of as well.

Ferondir heard Cassie speak, and looked over. "Oh."
Zeph was talking to her. He looked very on edge. Probably meant he didn't want to be overheard.
Ferondir decided to respect that.
"Hey, Guzore!" He stepped up to Guzore's side. "Have you ever been to Mira Village?"
