Yawning, he raised his head and gave himself a much needed stretch. Getting up, he shook his pelt and padded towards the entrance of his den. Peeking out, he noticed not many cats were up. Going outside, he relished new-leaf season, and gazed around.

Sitting in her nest, she was grooming her fur. Feeling her stomach grumble, she tried her best to ignore it and continued lapping at her fur, leaving it nice and sleek.

Pushing through the warriors den, he tiredly headed for his den. He was hoping he would get some sleep, after all he had been on night-duty. Curling up in his nest, he rested his body and tried to drift into sleep.

Crouching down, she studied her prey closely. She let out a small purr and pounced happily into the air chasing a butterfly that had dared cross her path.
