With the glow, you want each marking to glow, or the character itself?

Do you want the markings (not the striped ones the ones below) to be blended or to look like how they are in the ref? (I don't really mind either, but blending would take longer/be hard to do)

Extras (if any): not really, I'm not sure if you can do the fur longer or not, but if not all I really want are the blue Merle colors or something close to that if you can. It really depends on what you can do or not, I don't want you to be changing it.

I'm offering this for now but if you would like I can surely add more, I do have many pets and can add a lot of them ^^ thanks for considering, I don't have any characters which is why I picked a Sheltie but if can't do that I totally understand ^^
