She stared at him, "Sure.." She reached out a paw and pawed at his nose lightly. Stop it! Your acting weird! Quickly she pulled her paw back and felt her fur grow warm.

Russetwind-

He felt special in a way someone actually understood him,
or that he actually understood someone.
Warmth pounced onto his heart as she pawed at his nose.
He purred very faintly.
Tingles rose here and there as he was resting.
Wh-What is this feeling? Is it... Could it possibly be?
No, no... It can't... Can it?
(( they're developing feelings for each other? And thank you, much obliged! ))

Brindlestar-

She stretched her paws out in front of her before walking over to
the fresh-kill pile and taking a scrawny mouse from under the starving pile.

She purred back at him, before resting her head on her paws. Curling into a tight ball she felt her heart grow slightly. Ears burning and pelt warm she stared at her nest, "So, you never answered my question.." She teased lightly.

"What question?" His voice almost muffled because of his fur.
He lifted his head up and gazed at her, yearning to nuzzle her.

She moved closer but to close, "About what it's like being Russetwind. Or did you answer it and I just didn't catch it? That seems to happen a lot.." She laughed at herself.

"Oh yeah... What's it like to be me..." Her sweet scent directed its way to him.
"As long as I have you by my side there will be nothing to worry about."
What. The. Hell. Did. I. Just. Say.
His expression was blank, "I- Er.... That umm..."
His pelt felt like it was smoldering with embarrassment.

Woah... she smiled and leaned forward pressing her cheek to his. "It's fine..." Honestly she felt the same way, but wasn't sure how to say it. With a deep breath she took in his scent and pulled away.

Russetwind-

"I-I-I'm sorry- I er... Have to go." He forced his legs up not wanting to leave.
Every cell in his body screaming to go back but he just ignored.
He walked out of the den taking deep breaths.
"What- what am I doing!? What's wrong with me!?" He grimaced.
A cold wind smashed against his side almost taking his breath away with him.

Stoneheart
He pushed his head into the Warriors den, "Deadtail! You wanna go hunting?" He backed up as Russestwind made his way out. "What's got your fur in a bunch?"

Deadtail
Head low, ears flat and shoulders huntched she made her way out after Russestwind. "Come one Stoneheart." Quickly she made her way out of the camp, leaving small paw prints on the ground behind her.

He shook his head violently trying to clear out his thoughts while catching his breath,
not even noticing Stoneheart had asked him a question.
He sighed, "I went too far, what was I planning on doing?
More like what was my mind planning to do?"
He spit a few streams of curses under his breath making sure
no one heard him even if there wasn't any one to hear him.
