if it makes you feel better, brendon is technically solo under panic!. no one else is technically in the band. they just lend their "creative input" to help brendon write songs and whatnot. they made it clear a while ago that dallon, dan, and kenny aren't in the band.
besides, brendon is really proud of panic!, no matter how salty some people are about it. he's been on his own for six years. he could've ended it before it started, but he didn't.

Also, in one of his periscopes, someone asked him if he was leaving and he said, "guys, I am panic! why would I leave?" or something like that
