well..
my mom played Ocarina of Time when it was firsted released, along with Majora's Mask and all the others from the earlier days of Zelda. she was a huge fanatic, and when I was around four or five, she turned on Ocarina of Time on N64, and tried to show me some of it. I remember the Lost Woods was the level she played for me, and my jaw just hit the floor. I loved it, but was pretty scared of some of the enemies.
she told me to give it a go, and even though all I did was lose hearts and roll into walls, I had a blast. my mom also showed me some songs, and I pointed out that I loved Saria's Song. however, my favorite part at the time was riding Epona, because I was obsessed with horses/and or riding them.
she bought me Twilight Princess soon after, and since I understood it a bit better, I attempted to do a playthrough. I only got about a quarter way through the game, and somehow stopped.. All I remember is that I got to the goron area, and fell in love with Midna.
recently me and my dad played through Skyward Sword, my favorite Zelda game, and me and him would joke at how Ghirahim had the hots for Link, and my dad would comment on how much of a dork Link was and imitate his sounds. also found my ultimate Ghirabae
I then completed OoT.
I also returned to redo TP, and completed the entire game. Twilight Princess is a close second to SS, and Midna will always be up there as my favorite female character of all time. <3
now I'm working on Majora's Mask and finishing up Wind Waker. and of course, doing them fanarts and headcanons and shippin' all them ships.
