A small nimble red wolf wolf treaded throung the white fluffy snow, leaving small paw prints. She stopped and sniffed the air, lifting her head to smell the air to find something to eat. She flattened her red ears and looked around.

A large black wolf tossed in her den. Her pelt blazed with fever. She had been confined to her den for days now, almost unable to hunt.

The nimble wolf has caught a bony scrawny rabbit, unable to fill two wolves. She left it outside the black wolves den and took off, scattering her small paw prints in the snow.

The scent of food hit the black wolfs nose. She stuck her head out confused. Where had it come? She shrugged grabbing it and devowered it. She fell asleep.

She woke up and her mind was clearer. The fever was gone. She emerged from the den, her legs ached.
