I personally think it depends on your preference. If you think about it, that's enough C$ to buy 4 store pet bundles with $C left over. Most of the time the store pets come in packs of around 5. So that's 20 rare/very rare pets. I'd say it's unfair for them

unfair rarity and demand wise to them. the raven dog is a 7th tier advent while yours is a 1st tier, and raven dogs tend to go for high september lists-low mainlists quite a bit due to their demand ^^

it's unfair to them. the two list pets are worth 75 c$ each, coming to around 150 c$. the vr dog is worth about 40-45 c$, so it comes to around 190-195 c$ total on your side ^^

unfair to them but i personally would not accept the offer as i have had a very hard time trading off the roadkill/zombie ponies and sleipners tend to go for more due to their demand ^^

The first one is very unfair. Their pet is only worth an early 2010 rare.
The second one seems to be a bit over since some of the 2009 rares have good demand x3
Im not so sure about the third one but it looks a bit unfair it might be worth a early 2009 rare?
