For getting bored, what I do is take a break, then do something I call character interviews. Where I take one or two characters and ask them questions until they can't answer. Once they can't answer, I've found one of their values.

As for nano, I'm thinking about using it for getting the first draft of the second book in my series written. Is it cheating if I'm just continuing a series for nano?

Technically I finished the first draft of The Tale Of Two Sisters, but the fact that I'm doing it all again next month should tell you something.

Well, finishing a story is only a dream for me, however, I am working on a new one. The Story of Dante. It's a rewrite of my first "novel" that I started sometime in 2010 and finished in 2012. I'm already four chapters in. I would love to get some critique or comments on it.
