Rockfoot nodded to Amberbreeze. "We could take you, me, Midnightpaw, and Blazehawk." She nodded to the warriors den, where rustling could be heard from inside. "I hope Midnightpaw is up to it. He's, well..." She trailed off, nodding knowledgeably. She still was unsure if Amberbreeze was completely fine, despite his assurances, but she let it be. She stood up and wandered slowly towards the apprentices den.

(Canada, one of your cats could come on the patrol, I said Blazehawk but it really could be any of them.
Also, Ayla and/or Romano could bump into Sharp)

Midnightpaw

"You mean Midnight" Midnightpaw sneered exiting the apprentice den. "And I will do what I want. But I feel like shredding a few pelts so I will go." he muttered with a smirk on his face. He sat down and licked his claws while staring at the camp entrance.

Emeraldblaze

Emeraldblaze heard what was going on outside and quickly got up and shook out her pelt. She ran out into the camp and went over to Amberbreeze and said, "Well isn't he happy today!" she said cheerfully and laughed to herself and looked over at Amberbreeze again hoping he would actually acknowledge her. She knew he didn't like her much but wanted to change that, because he was the only family she had left.

Amberbreeze

"Uh- Y-yeah sure.." he said not exactly knowing how to respond to his sister. He stood up and turned his back to her to face Rockfoot, "Lets just get everyone who is going first.." He gave a worried glance toward Midnightpaw, to witch Midnightpaw returned an angry glare.

Rockfoot smiled at Emeraldblaze. "Mornin!" She called out in response to Emeraldblaze's cheery attitude. Then she directed her attention back to Midnightpaw. She sighed wearily. "Wonderful," she commented with sarcasm thick in her voice. "Call yourself whatever you like. I'll be right back." With that, she flicked her tail arrogantly and marched her paws right into the warriors den, gently prodding Blazehawk in the side. "Wakey wakey!" She cooed.

[[ Since I like to procrastinate I was doing basically all of my Social Studies project last night. I always get an A on it anyways so c:. But then I still have my math homework.... ]]

The orange tabby Maine Coon she cat was laying down in her nest peacefully sleeping. She kept giving smiles while she was sleeping and purrs. She usually showed that she was having a good dream more then a bad dream. When even feeling a small nudge on her side Blazehawk snapped awake. The she cat gave a glare with her emerald eyes at Rockfoot before sitting up. "Don't wake me up like a kit alright? Anyways what do you want from me I was having a good dream for once?!" Blazehawk snapped furiously. Her claws weren't out though but besides that this she cat was not happy when cats woke her up. She always was the one who was more happier when she woke up naturally. Blazehawk was one that cats could never know what she is thinking about. She was mysterious and cats did wonder what she was truly like.

"Alright alright," Rockfoot replied, shaking her head slightly as she led Blazehawk out of the warriors den. They met up with Amberbreeze and Midnightpaw near the camp entrance. "Lets go to the northern border." She mewed. "Any objections?" Then she glanced at Midnightpaw and added on. "About where we're going, I mean," she added on, glaring at her apprentice.

Silverpaw stirred on her nest, aware of her brother's absence but not wanting to wake up quite yet.

(Who should take over Silver and Flicker's training while Hayden isn't here?)

Midnightpaw

Midnightpaw was looking at the apprentice's cave hoping his sister would join them. She was the only cat in the clan that he liked at all. When he heard Rockfoot he began to say "Why don't we-" he stopped as she added on. " Can we just go already" he said impatiently.

Emeraldblaze

When she saw the cats gathering at the entrance of the camp she quickly joined them. "Could I go too?" She asked Rockfoot. She hoped she could go. She gets bored easily and likes leaving camp as often as she can.

Amberbreeze

Amberbreeze had been staring out side at the rising sun, lost in thought, until he heard Emeraldblaze. He hadn't exactly heard what she said, but seeing that she was talking to Rockfoot he assumed she was asking to join the patrol. He didn't say anything, but was very tempted to. He stared at Rockfoot hoping she would understand that he really didn't want her to go. He felt bad about avoiding her, but he felt like he still didn't count her as family. She also annoyed him and followed him a lot, and he wanted her to stay away more often.

Rockfoot gave a small smile to Amberbreeze. "Give us a second, Midnightpaw." She requested, before turning to Emeralblaze. "Actually, Emeraldblaze, I don't think its wise for all of our best warriors to leave camp at once. Can you stay here and make sure the morning goes smoothly?" Without waiting for a reply, Rockfoot spun and marched out of camp, directing the patrol to follow her with a flick of her tail. They headed down the steep slope of the volcano.

Flickerpaw woke up, springing out of his nest wide eyed and letting out a quiet mew. But after a quick glance around, his eyes dulled and cast downwards. He shook his fur and shuffled out of the den, taking note of Midnightpaw's absence.

Emeraldblaze

"Oh--" she said sounding slightly disappointed but quickly tried to correct it in saying, "That's fine I understand!" with a cheery voice. After they left she turned around and sat down in the middle of camp. ((Now Open))

Midnightpaw

As they finally left the camp Midnightpaw trotted ahead of the patrol, enjoying the fresher air outside of the volcano with a small smile. He then slowed down to follow behind Rockfoot and his sour expression returned.

Amberbreeze

Amberbreeze sighed with relief after they were outside and Emeraldblaze hadn't joined the patrol. After reaching the base of the volcano, where there was a bit of an open plain area, he began to look around nervously. He still didn't like patrols, and the wide open area made him more nervous.

Ayla

Ayla closed her eyes and perked her ears. She stretched out on the branch and relaxed as she waited for the patrol to pass. She didn't expect the patrol to be a problem so she didn't prepare at all. 'I will just wait for them to come to me.' she thought and smiled.
