He's dressed up as a ladybug! He has ladybug wings, a headband with antennae, ladybug socks, and fingerless gloves. Why is dressed up a ladybug? Monty is very cowardly (despite his really tall height and spoopy fangs) and tends to be afraid of the scary costumes and pretty much any spooky thing in general! So yes, he's a loser.

Dexter likes to dress up down thing different every year on Halloween. This year he decided to go as a fish creature. After slicking down his mane he decided to paint himself a light color and continue on with his creature's design. The spines on his back are harnessed on and the spines on his legs are stuck with spirit gum, a make up glue. The light is a harness and the teeth and just stuck to his regular teeth. The paint is not permanent and will come off.
