Could I get an opinion on this trade? I value the storgi at around a late '09 rare. If unfair, to which side? What should be added/removed? Any help would be very much appreciated. c:

If you just go by rarity math (which is in most cases not recommended) a late 09 rare is worth 32 14 rares or 64 15 rares. In uncommons that would be 128 14 ones or 256 15 ones (keep in mind that this is just a very rough estimation. It always depends on the involved pets). But most of the time i have seen quantity for overpay, so it is unlikely that someone will pay that many recent uncommons for a 09 rare (:

You can calculate them if you go by these rules:
~2 uncommons of a younger year make one of the next older year. For examle: 2 13 uncommons make a 12 uncommon.

~Around 4 uncommons of a year make a rare of the same year. So 4 09 uncommons make a 09 rare.

Like this you can calculate how many recent pets make an older one (:
But keep in mind that it does not work strictly like that. Popularity/demand/species play an important role and of course you always have to negotiate with the person you are trading with. It also depends on the month the involved pet was released.
There are many factors so that the calculated worth is not accurate enough to be set as a rule or something.
This is just the way many people calculate values, but there are also people that calculate different (like 2 or 3 uncommons for a rare)
You always have to consider the whole situation to find out the values (:

I am not that experienced when it comes to main list trades, but i believe it is slightly unfair to them.
Also how about demand in this one?
Is the blue tox difficult to trade off?

The blue Sorbet is just under the blue Tox, so I'm pretty sure it is just about fair, if not close.
Sorbets are usually easier to trade then Toxics, in some circumstances, and the blue Sorbet outcome is very popular, but Grinners and Cake Dogs are somewhat a struggle. Not many players go whack over them. In order of demand, usually green and yellow Toxics, purple are pretty good with popularity. I see many players go for blue too, but commonly see green or yellow in want.
Get another opinion.
