I miss you guys so much! I'm really sorry I didn't get to say goodbye. My parents were talking about me changing schools, but I didn't think it would actually happen. I wish I knew your addresses so I could send this to you.

Dear Self,
Stop hating the holidays that you used to love. It'll be okay. I promise.
Like Ryan said, it might be bad now- but it will get better. You'll be
okay. Everything will be okay.

One thing at a time, though. Right now, work on the holiday thing. You
would be happier if the sight of anything relating to these holidays didn't
make you want to cry or throw up. It makes it really hard to walk through
any store this time of the year.

Also the weight thing. Get on that. You're getting lazy again. You were
doing so well. You want to fit in those clothes you like, it's time to get
on it, girl. You're getting slimmer, you're starting to fit into that really
tight Fall Out Boy shirt that you couldn't even get on before. That should
really be excellent motivation.

You really want to be skinnier by the time your next birthday comes
around. If you get back into the swing of things, the way you were-
and you keep taking Bella for walks in the morning- that goal is a thing
that could actually happen.

Anyways... Just work on it. On everything. You'll be okay.

I know your time is coming close. To go, I mean. I remember when we first got you, love. I loved you so so much. I would always be around you and take you with me everywhere. We used to sit in the backyard together. Sometimes you'd help me dig a huge hole, or you'd just lay there contently while I played with my stuffed animals. I'd throw your kong or your ball for you. I remember putting peanut butter in the kong and you'd lick it all out. I gave you so much. I'm sure you loved it. I know I did.

I remember you always going to the neighbors house. I lived in a different city, and my grandma couldn't give you enough love, so you resorted to them. Whenever I came, I was so jealous. You're my dog. Not theirs. However, I appreciate them giving you the love you needed. You deserve love, L.B..

I remember you being a patient dog. Us kids did silly things to you. We'd spray you with water to see you react. Or one time for Halloween we decided to get our grandpa's gauze and wrap you up as a mummy. The whole time you just sat. Such a patient dog. I love you.
