i'd say go with whatever looks most pleasing to you
afterall, your ocs design is based off of what you think looks nice
obviously, don't make trolls wear heavy neon rainbows and stuff, because that'd be "breaking canon rules" (although i don't care for them much myself)
but rly, other than that, just do what you think looks right :0

I believe Hussie has said that the only blood colors that exist are the canon ones. Of course, almost nobody cares about that. Usually for my fantrolls I start with a canon color and tweak it a tiny bit, mostly so in msparp you can tell it apart from other people with the same blood color.
