How does one download the oekaki, is it free, will it destroy my computer, and does it work with a traditional wacom tablet?

Google Chrome is dropping its support for Java. There's a temporary fix, but I'd advise you to switch to another browser (Firefox is recommended), as the fix is only temporary.
