Felix swore under his breath, he had spoken too soon. "I'd rather not" he mumbled but York's already pulling Phi away from him and going to the car to wait for him. With a sigh he looked to Blake "What is it?" he asked his tone taking a harsh turn.

Terrence nodded and resisted the urge to touch the peanut butter in his hair "I'll go do that." he answered standing up and nodding in thanks before leaving to shower.

Jake

I take the kids to the car soon after, placing them in their car seats and turning on the radio to entertain them. I tap at the steering wheel and make sure to sing very, very loudly and off key to whatever song is playing, something my father always did to me. I keep an eye on Blake and my husband, though. Good thing I learned how to read lips during my deployment.

Blake motions out to the cow field, sticking his hands in his pocket. "I, um...I just wanted to say that I'm sorry, Felix. For all that I did to you back in college. To...lack of a better word because children are here, be very, very mean to you."

"You're sorry?" Felix asked his tone a little too sweet when he confirmed those words, then rolling his eyes and scoffing "You're sorry?" he growled tone quickly shifting to something similar to that of a feral animal. "That's all you have to say? That you're sorry?"

Xi sat anxiously in his seat at the moment, bouncing faintly as he stared out the windows greatly, trying to figure a way out without York seeing him currently as phi merely copied York, giggling and laughing at the moment.

Locus nodded as he watched Terrence leave the kitchen for the bathroom and sighed softly in amusement before moving to the freezer. He obtained a popsicle instead and moved out to the living room and sat a few spaces away from butch, watching the tv.

I narrow my eyes some. Uh oh. It seems like Felix is being...himself. Blake's not any better either. Leaving them alone together was probably a bad idea.

"Yes." Blake clears his throat. "I'm sorry, what more do you want me to say, McScouty? I apologize. I'll apologize a million times, I'm just sick and tired of this tension!"

Felix scowled "How about you stop calling me Mcscouty for once?" he spat glaring at Blake and trying his best not to completely lose his temper. "How about you don't act like you're sorry when you're not?"

Seriously, Xi managed to wiggle his way out of the car seat and out the open window before moving around the car from the back to try and use the fence posts as cover as he snuck closer to them. A soft huff escaping him as he moved towards the two but still stayed in hiding distance.

My singing eventually dies down to a hum as I look outside the window again. Great!

"I am!" Blake barks. "Fine Felix...please. I really am sorry. I'm sorry for being a jerk to you. And-and I'm sorry for trying to steal Jake away from you, I was just...so insanely jealous, I just...couldn't think straight."

Felix opened his mouth to say something but nothing came out, he clenched his fist and just barely fought the urge to hit Blake. He took a deep breath and stared back at him and finally released a sudden swarm of vulgar insults at Blake, half in English half in Korean.

"Oh this isn't good. Not good at all. " I whisper to myself, blinking and staring out the window. I soon honk the horn and wave a bit, just so Felix could calm down.

I see Blake jump a bit and turn towards us. "Maybe you should go back to your family now, Felix. I don't know what else to say..."
