Oh ? So this user really made a very good offer ? I really have to thank him to make me a totally amazing trade like this ! by rarity unfair to them by a red tox; though the sleipnir and lion have good demand if i recall correctly? while the pps does not
might want another opinion on demand though

the store pet is worth around an early '09 r/vr or so
this is unfair to them, the 2009 rare dogs are outside the three month rule, and the other pets don't add up to the gryphon

Unfair to you, yours is an advent list, they might need to add more than a few rares. Tell me if i'm wrong, please!
