I'm not a hundred percent but I'm pretty sure this is quite unfair.
They also tried to 'Ninja' me by saying that they were overpaying for a bit because they really wanted the pet... and I sorta know it is a 2009 re-release so yeah... xD Should I foe them?

Unfair to you. The ribbon Tess Horse is a tier 2 list, while that PPS is just a normal VR, worth 2 rares around the same months, not equalling a low advent, which is approx worth 4-3-5 rares, I believe. Tess Horses are a discontinued species, but demand/species doesn't do much, even with the crazy want of Australian Shepherds.
