I cant copyright the use of code (such as code that links back to a users page, or color codes) but there are CS rules in place that if any one directly copy and pastes info that is the exact same as on your page, with no or very little edits, they can get in trouble.

So say if someone were to go to DI's main topic and copy and paste every section the same as it is and just remove the name "dragon island" and replace it with their own adopts name, they would be breaking the CS rules.

what thay did was copy and past my coding and replaced the dragons and the name

(Witch actually made me quite sad cuz i thought of flock not personal dragons

That I wont police or ask for a change change, as its up to each person at that point. I would find it unfair if I was asked to change my lists name from "flock" to something else simply because someone else had it first (you cant copy right a term, or how a post is set up code wise legally any way, so that is why I would choose not to enforce it)

On a lighter topic, iam trying to decied weather to get a breeding or not XD Iam tempted to breed Orca and at the moment my favourite, Starlight Night <3 simply so i can get more of the whale breed and the wolf XD.

I dont see any one that has directly copied you. I see a few that are similar, but there is only so much you can do to organize your dragons by. And I did not see a disclaimer when you first posted that page and when I linked to it. Im sorry I cant do any thing as no rules were really broken, nore were any CS rules broken. I apologize.
