[Ember the Wolf]

Akita Dragons started as scientific vision, but quickly grew into a species of their own. Taking genes from Akitas, and dragons they were born. They're the size of a large dog, but their diet consists of meat and vegetables, though some will eat dog food. The females can be identified with flowers on their horn, but the males have dust flying around their horns. They are very untrusting creatures, could you win their trust?

Personality:
Kody is very kind, sensitive and caring, but sometimes can be too sensitive, often offended by the smallest things. He loves anything to do with nature and wildlife, and studies zoology. He, and another Akita Dragon, named Akira, meet up whenever they have free time, and go birdwatching.
Kody gets worked up by things quite a lot, such as when he can't open a bottle or messes up, and gets quite sad, but always tries to look on the 'bright side of life' most of the time, or appears to.
He can sometimes bottle his emotions up, and finds it hard to express himself through talking, so does it through 'flying' as he calls it, but he actually glides. Depending on how he glides, or his movements, his mood varies. If his movements were quick and snappy, he would be annoyed at the time, or angry. But if it were graceful and serene, he would be calm, and relaxed.

Brief history: Kody didn't have a bad upbringing or childhood. It was pretty normal. Although he would sometimes get teased, or obsessed over because of his feathers, sunset-like underbelly colours and the contrast between the cold coloured feathers and hot coloured underbelly. He grew up with his parents, an only child, in a small 'village' if you may. It wasn't really like a village, though. Just some houses on either side of a country road, a few miles away from the nearest village, and being on the outskirts of a town.

"Born in the hidden forest, I've always tried to keep out of sight. With those dragons and wolves verging on war my mother was constantly worried about me. She had only just eacaped captivity by traveling to another dimension and now we might end up prisoners again. They taught me how to fight, how to protect myself if necessary. In return I unknowingly taught them the value of a family, gave them a different view by showing them things they would normally pass by. One day though, my parents were caught in the crossfire. Alone, I found myself as a traveling artist and musician. I still travel today, spreading the joy through my talents and telling my story even if no one else knows."

"Y'know... I can be a real suck up at times. I swear it's the truth!" He placed a finger on his chin and started to think about himself. "Well, I take a love to exploring and I find it fun to try new things and learn. These wings aren't totally useless as I do have many complements on them... and they help me get across far jumps when I'm tending to my garden!" He chuckles and has a wide grin spread upon his face. "I love plants and herbs as I often spend my time collecting herbs out on my journeys and it's a pretty nice view when you're up on the mountain. When I'm done I can just jump down and glide all the way to the bottom."

As for personality... Hikaru is pretty lenient and kind. He loves to mingle with others but doesn't make friends very easy as most look at him and find him frightening. He also wears a flower crown on his head.

Hikaru also has a habbit of curling his tail when he is happy. He doesn't know why.. it just.. happens.

"I was born in a forest..." The akita dragon says with a sad face knowing she was about to finally talk about her past. "I was born to dog breed called the Akita and a dragon. At that time it was forbidden and when the mother and father of my parents found out both the sides of the dogs and dragons put them to death at time, I knew nothing, and I mean nothing. I was told to find someone to take me in so I went on my journey to find some place to live let me remind you I needed milk at the time that was how little I was so I finally couldn't walk anymore I really thought 'I am going to die.' After that I don't remember anything else until I awoke to being nuzzled. A tall dog looked at me and smirked. He picked me up not even asking who I was or where my parents were. He toke me to a den and walks up to another dog and placed me down next to the mysterious dog. "Matt what is with that dog thing...?" The dog that I was sitting next to said with a feminine voice. The one who found me, looked at the feminine sounding dog and he started scratching his ear, "Sorry Jason but it was all alone and looked extremely exhausted. So I thought we could care for it." Jason is a guys name wait so is Matt oh well I need milk then I will think this over. I thought at the time. I started to whine for milk and my wings stretched out and I pawed at Jason. 'Food...' I said my first word to my new family... yeah so that is pretty much how I am alive today."
