i would say that, yes, it is fair. A bit unfair to whoever is offering the trade. I would suggest Accepting while you can.

If i am not mistaken, this one is a rare pet. Rares never are list pets. (Even if it is not rare, i am 100% sure that its not on the list)

You need to give a reason why something is fair or not. If you can't just don't answer.

I don't believe that that is fair, since some of those items were recent free event items, and I'm fairly certain that the rest of those items don't hold very high value.

I think that depends on the person's own opinion on C$. Yes, officially that is fair, but C$ is slightly unreliable. Those pets aren't even near the worth of a list pet, but if they accept C$ for their list pets at the official price then yes it is fair.
