Okay so I'm a little confused on how to go about getting gems, like, do we send a trade to someone with the items and then fill out the form? And what goes as the proof in the form?

i'm not sure what you mean by 'items,' gems are obtained through rpw events and occasionally challenges put up in the fanclub by ravendarus. proof for items and gems in previous events usually comes in the form of a currency bank made for the event.
