EEP i was waiting to post til i got both of these two- I bought a custom and got another in a trade (Wanted them as a birthday present for myself, early but thats okay /v\) - Though i didnt originally think i'd have two- thinking on it later I decided to make them based on the lore of the angels Munkir and Nakir, I love angels and demons and all the myth behind them
SO i'll introduce my two fallen angel babs~ They are mates, I was thinking of making them siblings originally but i think they'd work better as mates.

In the old times- Munkir and Nakir were the angels of judgement, Pulling the dead from their graves to test their faith and torment those deemed unworthy. In their old forms- they had wings spanning miles,and their every word spit fire. they carried hammers so heavy that all of mankind couldn't budge them, and had pitch black eyes. However,they lost their own faith, and were thus exiled to mortal bodies to regain it...

Munkir is softer,friendly and more optimistic- while Nakir is quiet and reserved and just does his own thing.

Ricky/Kokomo is a very creative guy- he comes up with lots of ideas, and is very intelligent- this isn't always good as being very intelligent sometimes come with personality flaws-it makes you look sometimes really snobby- and it makes him look cold- and pretty dry- he is a very rude guy who likes to speak his mind- no matter who he is talking to- and he is a loud mouth who can also be obsessive and not fun to be around. But in the end- once you actually know him- he is just a tender cutie-

Ugh things have been so rough for me lately with my health taking a turn for the worse and my constant family drama but the mako community is always a place for me to get some relief. My makos make me so happy ^_^

I got my 2nd commission by DarkTara it's of my babe Gamble and his babby son Xavier

Unfortunately the time has come for makoatls to move back to Deviant art!
I know for some of you from before and some new members who don't have a DA some strife and I want to say that this time it will most certainly be different than the first time Makos moved to DA.

Now of course you may not understand why we need to move, and the staff spent a lot of time talking about this subject.
This week I had received a PM from an oekaki moderator along with other oekaki species who are using covers and posting adopts under neath.

"Hey, we've noticed there's been a rise in adoptables using the Oekaki purely for covers, and making the adopts using other programs. So, we had to discuss the potential issue and we've come to the conclusion that all adoptables should either be using the Oekaki for the designing or they need to go to the user-made adopts board.
Therefore, we must ask you to make that choice; all future adopts need to be done one way or the other. If you use the Oekaki, covers may only be used for very special occasions.
If you need any assistance moving threads, feel free to contact us. We would be more than happy to help!"

Unfortunately for makoatls and all the adoptables we post between adoption competitions, nursery batches, growths, and anything else running a post under the user-made adopts board would be impossible unless we made a separate thread for each adopt we put out. [Which would not only spam the board but again be impractical and hard to keep up with]

On the other hand, we can't use the okekaki since, I'm not entirely sure many of you are aware, that google chrome stopped supporting java not too long ago so chrome users can't use oekaki/chibipaint. To swap in between firefox and chrome just for adopts would be impractical and time consuming for staff. Also based on posts from mozilla's support that by the end of 2016 Firefox will also stop supporting java. This leaves only the solution of other odd web browsers or internet explorer.

So the only practical solution is that we move all our adopts to DA; HOWEVER, we wish to make it clear that this fanclub will NOT be shutting down at all, and we will continue to post free adopt competitions and breedings on DA. Some artists will do free some will be paid (as far as breedings go). So don't fear those without points or money! And those without a DA may also sign up for free as well to come join us.

All adoptables, breedings, and growths from this point forward will be posted on DA. We will try to make sure we send them to you but if you have a DA and a breeding please check out our group to see if it appears. All customs and other makos will also appear under our DA group and will no longer be posted under the oekaki here.

This week has been very hectic for me as far as my real life is concerned [college lD] but this weekend I will help sort our DA account to be ready for the changes that will be made. The staff and I are coming to answers about certain situations and we will continue to update you as we sort ideas out to make things as smooth as possible. Any questions and concerns can be voiced towards any of the staff. Please understand we may not have every answer to every question as of this moment in time as we settle things for ourselves. If voiced specifically to my inbox it may be a slow response as I relax for the first time in a week OTL

What about for those of us who can't use DA?? Does that mean I can't try out for any adopts? Or breed any of my Makos?

My fiance and I have put over $100 into my Makoatls, I don't want to lose connection, or the ability to /do/ anything with them just because they're moving to a site that I cannot use!

My Makos are basically a lifeline to my depression. I've put so much of /myself/ into them that I couldn't stand losing them, but if I have no way of furthering their personalities, their character, them overall, then what are they? They're just sitting there collecting cobwebs. That's not what I want...

Can't you set up a proboards site? Its free. Its like CS. It has forums that can contain threads (like an adopts forum with each adopt as a separate thread, flatsales forum with each Batch as a thread, etc) and its easily accessible by mobile, so anyone who can get to the internet can use it!

Just an idea... Sorry if any of that seems rude/strong, I didn't mean it that way, I just... Like I said, I don't want to lose this community :'/
