Alright so if you're gonna try drawing the deputy... Here's an outline cuz I won't have a form created by Monday:
Male, tabby, black with white stripes, short whiskers, no battle scars, always smiling, medium length tail, back left paw has a white mitten.

I'm gonna make him overly cautious and overly positive at the same time XD so that he'll kinda sound like a queen. "Guys, uh, don't go outside! There's much prettier stuff inside this beautiful cave to look at!"

Its not really scrapping Emberstar. I just didn't really want to have someone's character used without permission. If its okay with Prophecy then you can use Emberstar. If not you can choose to make a cat that is similar in personality, or just completely different. It won't be like Emberstar died though, it will be like that leader had been there the entire time. Later today I will try to have a kind of outline posted here. Then I will make the forum after it is all planned out.

And I kinda agree, I think the cats who have proper relationships and stuff, we shouldn't have them played by someone else. It just wont really be the same. Although maybe we can have some sort of Starclan thing with them...
