-Some people (Alex herself?) have broken bones/nonfunctional limbs and must get used to it.
-Death.
-School students/Queen Bee drop by. Or parents, but I'm sure they already did, because seriously.
-Once they return, the school or country begins having ridiculously uptight safety rules in public transport. Everyone is pissed, and characters must try to appeal to the guys who make the rules.
-Need large amount of money to have operation or fancy-schmancy treatment. Unfortunately, neither they nor rheir family have enough. So they have to find a way ro raise it.
