Is One Piece a good one?

i don't think it's anything outstanding, but pretty interesting. i only really watch it
when i have nothing better to do though. it, in my opinion, feels too dragged out.

on another note, SINCE WHEN WAS HIYORI (from noragami) FOURTEEN?! i was watching
the first episode of the new season, and the part when she says shes in 9th grade blew

EDIT: Yes while, classes are different in Japan, the only thing that really changes is whether certain grades are in highschool/middle school/or elementary school. For instance, you don't start middle school in Japan until the 7th grade. So unless Hiyori skipped a grade, the difference shouldn't affect her age, just whether or not she's in highschool or middle school. Also keep in mind that that Japanese school years starts and ends at different times in the year then American schools.
