What do you like most about fire: Burning brightly with the heat of the sun, fire keeps us warm when we are out in the cold, baking our food, and letting us see within the darkness. It provides the destruction of old things that had lived before, turning it into grey ash. Life will sprout from the remains, creating a new memory among the olden land, giving it hope once again. Fire lives within legends, myths, and stories, giving the dragons their breath, wizards their elemental magic, and the feeling of suspense within the heated land of the Egyptian Sun God, Ra. Immortality runs along side the blazing flames, with the feathers of the phoenix shimmering brightly in gold, putting people below in awe. What do you like most about fire: I have very fond memories of sitting around a bonfire with my family. We'd roast marshmallows and use a stick with a flame to write our names in smoke. We'd watch the flames dance and the smoke swirl peacefully. We knew the dangers, but used what we could for a good time. We'd watch the sparked ashes fly up as another fallen branch was thrown on top. Whenever some mentions fire, I can't help but go back to the dancing flames and laughs.

What do you like most about fire: I could go on all day about fire. This particular crowntail caught my eye because of the beautiful colors; but I decided to apply to give my reasoning on fire. I always seem to find myself contemplating these silly things that others probably find strange of me. i.e the elements and they can be so hypocritical - it's so bewildering how the opinion of a single object can be so wildly different. For me, it's a source of warmth and a chance for rebirth - I respect it. Because I know that although it can keep me warm and snuggle on a winter night, it could also rip apart the seems of what holds my life together by a single stray spark from a plug-in that falls to a curtain nearby. No one seems to see the truth about some things like fire and water - they're just like people. So diverse and yet the same. I can't tell you how many times I've lost myself to staring at the firepit or fireplace, listening itnently to the creak of the splintering wood beneath it. The wood is dying to give me warmth - a sacrifice. That's what I think makes the world so unique. The push and pull and equal and opposite reaction. Even fire, water, the air - they all give and take, just like we do.
