Also, has anyone else noticed that not only has the chicken smoothie link changed color from pup to dog but the .com part is missing on the dog.

even the signature is broken.
this is so sad :<
but at the same time everything else breaks the wings flourish.....

edit before posting: so many more layers of feeling knowing she's so intertwined with Berkshire :< <3
sometimes words won't fit, so I won't even try, but I know those feelings.
thank-you for sharing such a personal thing with us; I think I'd be so afraid of how it would be received I'd want to hide it to protect myself-- it's so amazing that you can do that!

That's a wonderful description, Berkshire C:

And the art on your pup is wonderful also.

As much as I would like to write a fantastic and beautiful story for this pet, I can't. Because her story is my story.
It's one of those things that just sort of happens, you know? If you've made art before you'll know what I mean. I had a plan for this ridiculously edited thing with big ears and fluff everywhere but it didn't feel right. At first I ignored the broken bottle idea because it was so simple and wouldn't stand up to the rest of the staff litter. But I gave in and doodled it up. Then I added some hair (taking away the headfluff to get the smooth glass look was a terrible idea and needed covering). When I added the wings, I realized what I was doing.

I didn't realize it until I was nearly done, but I had somehow made a design that reflected everything I've been through this year. Recently, my offline life changed dramatically. I went through some pretty nasty things and came out a different person afterwards. I can't stay the same forever. Can't be an innocent pup anymore.

Turns out, sometimes you have to break before you can change.
And sometimes, change means that you grow wings.

I love this pet so much! <3 Thank you for making this such a beautiful pet!

I came to the thread to see if anyone had guessed correctly as i had just pieced it together after googling Chenaanah.
Beautiful explanation of how this pet came to life and what it means to you :)

this is very inspiring. I think the fact that you made it relatable is what makes me adore this pet even more.

Oh my GoN, that's...

That's beautiful. As an artist, I can understand. Albeit a bad one, an artist is an artist.

Well done. I give you applause :')
