Zaid breath out slowly. If the man had a bullet proof suit on, the bullet, darts, or metal plates wouldn't hurt him so his only other option was the poisonous finger nails and to use those, he would have to sneak up and the man. It was time to try out his karate. Of course he had trained in martial arts but, the thing was, he had never done it when he was really in trouble. Zaid pulled at his shirt and bit and silently followed the man in circles. Zaid knew this man was dangerous and if Xaria put her eyes on him for a second, the man would know what was up.

[Midnight Butterfly]

Xaria could see Zaid coming up behind this man. She kept her eyes trained on the threat however. Just as she was taught. A snarl was fixed on her face as she watched him carefully, trying to pick up what his next move would be and hoping that Zaid had a plan or else she was going to have to wing it.

Zaid squeezed his eyes shut and as he opened them he jumped on the man's back wrapping his arms around the guys neck. He tried to inject his poison fingernails but he realized there was nothing in them. He used them all before. Thinking quickly, Zaid grabbed a dart form his belt and pushed it into the man neck.

Xaria's eyes widened as she took a step back in shock. She watched everything, hoping Zaid would be all right afterwards. She couldn't fight well in this state and if she attacked, her pain clouded mind could misjudge and hit him instead of this man. She bit her lip, her hand curling around her sai tightly.

[My.Immortal]

The man fell backwards crushing Zaid. The man was unconscious but, so was Zaid. Zaid's eyes glazed over for a few seconds and his mind went fuzzy from the shock of hitting his head of the ground.

Xaria's eyes widened, rushing over. She looked at him and cursed. Her uninjured arm pushed the man off Zaid. There was no way she could carry Zaid back to the hotel so she tried to wake him up, slapping his face lightly. She frowned, biting her lip. She was reminded of a slightly twisted and flipped version of a scene in Sleeping Beauty.

Zaid's mind cleared in a few moments. His mind was still a bit fuzzy bit he opened his eyes like slits and manged to choke out "Are you okay?...Are they all gone?". Zaid squirmed on the ground for a moment before he relaxed.

[Midnight Butterfly]

"A few broken bones and bruised but easily fixed..." Xaria said with a soft smile. "I'll be fine... And yeah, theyre all gone, for tonight." She said, letting out a sigh of relief. "The question is... Are you okay?" She asked, watchig him with a small smile on her face.

Zaid sighed and started to move his hands and feet, then arms and legs, then he sat up slowly. "G-Good and I'll be fine" he stuttered. He smiled softly back and tried standing.

Xaria stood too, standing close to him to make sure he didn't fall. He seemed a little wobbly on his feet and she slipped a supporting, unbroken arm around his waist, smiling. "Come on... Back to the hotel and we can fix each other up..."
